Fees & Costs

We offer a free* consultation to discuss your project and we will give you a full written quotation before you commit to any costs. In the case of design and fit projects we will put together a draft proposal and costing but in all cases we will give you some idea of the viability of the project before you commit.

Our hourly rate is £40 plus vat and expenses (see terms of business) and we estimate that our fees for both the design and architectural element normally account for 10% or less of the project costs but this will differ from project to project and the extent of our involvement.

If you opt for design and fit the fees can be included in the overall charge but you will be asked for a deposit during the design stage.

* At our discretion we may charge you mileage for our initial and subsequent site visits but please telephone to discuss your project and location.
